3509213 - Scope of Translation of metadata in Story standard template report

• Customer is expecting to see the translated metadata in Standard content stories based on user profile language settings; but dimension and filters names are not translated.
• Translation issue in the Standard report downloaded from the content store
• metadata does not translate in the Story template

1. Download Standard story template to the Report center
2. Add inline translation
3. See that there is no translation for metadata in the Story

This is known limitation as per current design.

As per current design if a source story is created in ENG language and when we import/duplicate/share this story – the target copy will not show the localized content even though there is change in user language. This is a known limitation.

Customer needs to create a story in other language (for example German) and in this case the story will reflect the metadata in user language (German) without problem, even in linked dimension dialog.
