Before 2024 QRC3, URL Filter parameter will check hierarchy value from model metadata and if this hierarchy is not matched, the hierarchy is reset to null.
After QRC3 the hierarchy "@FlatHierarchy" is used in story filter creation and cannot be found in metadata so it shows No Value.
