Symptom
- When sending messages to SAP Cloud Integration using user credential based authentication, it responds with HTTP 401 response code.
- The issue starts suddenly in a scenario that was previously working and no configuration changes have been made.
- When checking the Cloud Integration tenant logs according to the blog Troubleshooting HTTP errors in SAP Cloud Integration - SAP Community, the following entry is found:
