3509293 - "500 Internal Server Error - all shards failed" when trying to access System Logs in SAP Cloud Integration

Symptom

When trying to access SAP Cloud Integration System Log Files in the WebUI, the following error appears:

Reading system log files failed with error: OData service call failed. Status Code: 500Message: com.sap.it.op.multicloud.utils.cloudlogging.elasticsearch.json.ElasticSearchException: Server Error: 500 Internal Server Error - all shards failed
