Symptom

  • In Provisioning, the job "Requisition Posting Expiration Upcoming" is failing
  • The error "ArrayIndexOutOfBounds Index 1 " is seen in the job details

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Cause

The tokens [[END_REPEAT]] and [[POSTING_TYPES]] are missing from the email template.

Resolution

  • In Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Email Templates, open the template used to notify users of upcoming posted job expiration.
  • Ensure the tokens [[END_REPEAT]] and [[POSTING_TYPES]] are present in the template.
