3509306 - Employee initials are not displayed in the avatar circle when removing the profile picture

While removing the profile picture, you expect to see the employee initials, but the Avatar icon appears instead.

1. Access your instance
2. Check the Avatar circle
3. Avatar image appears instead of employee initials.

Expected by system design.

This is actually expected by system design and our engineering team are already aware of this issue, but we do not have a ETA for this to be fixed.

What actually happen is that the avatar circle only accommodate a certain size of letters (not number, but size), and you can check the example bellow:

• Ashton Kamber Lake = AKL
• Ramon Mount Chriss = RMC
• Willy Wonder Wonka = WWW

You can see that the each letter have a size, and if the size is too big for the avatar circle to accommodate, it will display the person icon as you see.
