3509306 - Employee initials are not displayed in the avatar circle when removing the profile picture

While removing the profile picture, you expect to see the employee initials, but the Avatar icon appears instead.

1. Access your instance
2. Check the Avatar circle
3. Avatar image appears instead of employee initials.

This is working as expected.

As confirmed by our engineering team, this is the system design and currently there is no plan to change the behavior.

The avatar circle only accommodates a certain size of letters (not number, but size), and you can check the example bellow:

• Ashton Kamber Lake = AKL
• Ramon Mount Chriss = RMC
• Willy Wonder Wonka = WWW

Each letter has a specific size, and if the combined size is too large for the avatar circle to accommodate, the avatar icon will be displayed instead. For example, 'WWW' extends across the entire width of the avatar circle, impacting its visual presentation. Therefore, the system is designed to display the avatar icon instead of the initials.
