3509340 - Could not detect system components

Symptom

While generating SYS_INFO_EXPORT xml of Java stack using SUM 1.1, getting below error after providing Administrator credentials:
"Could not detect system components. Could not detect version information of the current system kernel. Could not detect system kernel under the /usr/sap/***/SYS directory. Could not detect central instance kernel in directory /usr/sap/***/SYS/exe/uc/linuxx86_64. Kernel of instance J** on the local host is for database HDB which is different from the detected database SYB. Either a wrong kernel is installed in /usr/sap/***/SYS/exe/uc/linuxx86_64 or there is a problem with database detection."
