Symptom
- Some users get task from Task Center and some users do not get task from Task Center
- For other end users, Task Center couldn't fetch any data and the Task Center tile count is showing as zero without any issues
- The users have verified all the security roles, authorizations and able to see the work items in Business Process Automation (BPA), and in My Inbox
- The work items or task can be seen
- Only in Task Center that the other users cannot see the task.
- The user or admin teams have tried clearing the cache of Task Center without success
- Users have tried with Task Center parameter or option "tc.enabled=true" property in the Business Process Automation (BPA) in the destinations by removing and adding this 'tc.enabled=true' again
