3509358 - SAP Task Center - Some users have tasks and some users does not have tasks - Business Process Automation (BPA)

Symptom

  • Some users get task from Task Center and some users do not get task from Task Center
    • For other end users, Task Center couldn't fetch any data and the Task Center tile count is showing as zero without any issues
    • The users have verified all the security roles, authorizations and able to see the work items in Business Process Automation (BPA), and in My Inbox
      • The work items or task can be seen
      • Only in Task Center that the other users cannot see the task.
    • The user or admin teams have tried clearing the cache of Task Center without success
      • Users have tried with Task Center parameter or option "tc.enabled=true" property in the Business Process Automation (BPA) in the destinations by removing and adding this 'tc.enabled=true' again
    • Launching Task Center via Build Process Automation (BPA)

      • Task Center

        • SAP Build Process Automation

          • Shows multiple forms (Ex: Approval Form) with Actions Open In App

      • The Task Center Administration Service Status shows

            - Config - Status OK
            - Initial - Status OK
            - Meta - Status OK
            - Delta - Status OK

  • Why are there discrepancies between users?  Why can some users see task and others couldn't without errors?
