3509452 - Approver name is not correct in the Approval history table

The name of the approver in the approval history table is the same as the requestor or submitter of the quote.

SAP CPQ SALES CLOUD

1. Open CPQ
2. Navigate to approval history section
3. Approval history table
4. Observe the performed by and approver names which remains as same person.

It is the default functionality of the system.

The "Submitted for Approval" row is designated for the submitter, while the "Pending" row is intended for the approver.
In the "Pending" row, the relevant information about the approver will be displayed.
