3509460 - How to update table CFIN_CTRL for leading central payment system

Symptom

The user refreshes CFIN source system (such as refresh it from PRD to QAS), but user does not refresh CFIN target system.

As a result of such refresh, the CPAY control table CFIN_CTRL in refreshed CFIN source system, is still pointing to the previous CFIN target system.

Now it needs an option to update the logical system information in table CFIN_CTRL without going through an initial load.
