3509463 - ICF Error when creating object for HTTP DESTINATION "NONE": PLUGIN NOT ACTIVE"

Symptom

During sales order creation the following error UKM_PI008 is occured.

SRT: Couldn't create Object: ("ICF Error when creating object for HTTP DESTINATION "NONE": PLUGIN NOT ACTIVE")

In SRT_UTIL, it shows the error "Plugin host must include full qualified host name format" with CO_UKMR3_CREDIT_WORTHINESS.
