3509563 - Blank Company Check page appears when open another company ID URL in the same DC domain for CSD-migrated instances

If already logged in one instance and then opening another instance's URL in the same main domain, a blank Company Check page will appear instead of Username/Password login page.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Prepare two instances which are both migrated to Common Super Domain (CSD).

2. Make sure those two instances have the same main domain.

3. Login first instance A.

4. Without closing the browser page or clearing the cookie, open another browser tab and input the login URL for instance B.

5. You will see a blank page with /companyCheck in the URL

The operation of accessing two instances in the same domain is not supported.

Trying to do so will result in inconsistent behavior. The outcome may vary between session intermixing, not being able to login to second one etc.

Please use another browser or incognito mode when accessing different instances within the same domain.
