3509570 - Business Partner Certificates fields not available in Data Migration Templates in Migration Object - Customer & Supplier in Migrate Your Data app

• The Business Partner Certificates fields are not available in the Migration Template of the Object (Customer and Supplier) even when added in the help document to be introduced in the new release.
• The fields are visible in the Object Modular App but not visible when the template is downloaded.

• The certificate "CFND_DMCC_BP_CERT_1" was not activated in the "Activate Features" app. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2408 and its upper versions

1. Open Migrate Your Data.
2. Create a project with the required Migration Object - Customer & Supplier.
3. Download the template.

The availability of the fields are based on different configuration.

1. Check if the Migration Object have any Location Specific Configuration. Refer to the Migration object help portal to check that.
2. If the certificate is activated in your system, to activate it use the Activate Features app.
3. Check if all the required configurations are in place related to the Activate Business Partner Certificates Functionality app.

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check the help documentation of the Migration Object (Customer and Supplier), to validate if the functionality is country specific.
2. Check if the certificate is activated in the "Activate Features" app if not then activate it.
3. Check if all the configuration is in place for the Activate Business Partner Certificates Functionality to activate the certificate.
