3509703 - Jstart process start attempt failed, No trace file reflect in work directory

Symptom

The Java system is unable to start. The latest files in Work directory are not updated.

By using the sapcontrol command, it returns below output, where XX is the Instance Number:

> sapcontrol -nr XX -function GetProcessList
