If the Global Assignment record start date is in the future, then the employee can edit all details in the onboarding module. However, if the Global Assignment record start date is in the past, MDF protlets and payment information are not editable in the onboarding module.

Expected behavior

This is the expected behavior in the product at this time.

• The expectation is that the employee will complete the required data by the corresponding due date.
• The system logic is that sometimes the requested data or information is not presented to the employee until day 1 of the assignment.
• In this case, data must be entered into the profile as soon as the start date has commenced.
• In the future, we will look to see how best to incorporate the flexibility to extend edits post start date within Onboarding.
