SuccessFactors has the same framework as SAP UI5 UI library. So, design elements will follow the standards of this UI. 

For hyperlink texts, it is design to follow the color set in "Body link text color" via theme Manager, following the steps below:

• Theme Manager > Select the theme you use > Fine Tune > Portlets >  "Body link text color"

NOTE: Changing this option will affect all the hyperlink text throughout the system, including but not limited to Admin Center and People Profile. Additionally, the SAP UI5 hyperlinks does not have underlines, as per system design.
