3509778 - Unified Data Model - Missing default job layout in CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When navigating to the Layouts page in Career Site Builder on a UDM enabled instance, there is not Default Layout populated.

unsupported import action

When enabling UDM a default job layout is created which cannot be manually deleted.
A possible reason for a missing Default Layout is that a site configuration was imported via the CSB Import and Export feature from an instance where UDM was not enabled.
Import of non-UDM xml into a UDM enabled instance is not supported, as this deletes the system created defaults for UDM. 

As it is not possible to recreate these system created defaults, one must restore the configuration to before this unsupported import was done using the same import/export feature in CSB but by exporting from a previous configuration, saving this export locally then importing it back.
