When performing Partial Catalog Synchronizations on a SAP Commerce with Decoupled PriceRows, like from Product Tab on Backoffice, the price information is not synchronized, however, it's synchronized during Full Catalog Synchronizations.
Similarly it can happen to other decoupled PDTRows, like Discount Rows and Tax Rows.
