3509789 - Change in Number of Retries under Communication Channel takes no affect

Symptom

  • A change was made to the Communication Channel settings, however, the update was not applied. 
  • The "Number of Retries" setting, which was configured to a value different from the default of 3 under Communication Channel -> Configuration Settings, did not take effect after saving.
