• Custom Fields show "Deprecation" in Task Category in App "Custom Fields and Logic".
• Get error message "Field usage XXX is deprecated. Please use its successors YYY" when accessing the custom field.

1. Access App "Custom Fields and Logic".
2. Custom Field show "Deprecation" in Task Category.
3. Access the Custom Field.
4. Get error message "Field usage XXX is deprecated. Please use its successors YYY".

In the UI and Reports tab, the field usage of deprecated objects has the status Deprecated. Disable the usage of deprecated objects can be done by selecting Disable Usage according to the error message. Note that once disabled, usage of deprecated objects cannot be enabled anymore, and they will disappear from the UI.

In case that sub-nodes of a usage have the status Deprecation, Disable all usages that are deprecated can be done by using the function Disable deprecated usages. Note that once disabled, the usage of deprecated objects cannot be enabled anymore. As soon as the usage of deprecated objects have been disabled, the status of the field usage will change to Enabled.

Please note that, if the custom field enabled objects that belong to multiple business context, it will show multiple rows with same Label and Identifier in App "Custom Fields and Logic".

In this circumstance, figuring out the usage shown in the error message belongs to which business context is needed and then access the according one to adjust.
