It is not possible to configure Job Profile Deep link that will navigate employee to their Job Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder.

This is the current system limitation, consider raising an enhancement request to have this feature added in future releases:

The following deep link can be used instead: /sf/jdmng_jobprofile?targetUserId=sapsuccessfactors

Note: This deep link will lead to Manage Job Profiles page.
