Symptom
When a user's locale is changed, all labels from the New Learning Experience get properly translated, except the cards' buttons. These only get translated after the user logs out and then logs in again.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into HCM > navigate to Learning module as user >
- Make sure the 'New Learning Experience' is enabled >
- The user's locale is Brazilian Portuguese, for example. All labels are shown in the proper locale >
- The user changes the system locale (through the HCM settings or through the Learning link 'Options and Settings') >
- Back to the Learning home page, all labels were translated to the new locale, except the cards' buttons (such as Start Course, Continue Course, Register, etc.) >
- Switching to the legacy Learning home page, the buttons are properly displayed >
- Only after the user logs out of HCM and logs back in is that the buttons get properly translated.
Resolution
Our Engineering has investigated the scenario and the correction is planned to be delivered within the b2411 release version, as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.
