SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
When proxying as an employee, under 'All Forms', you can see duplicated forms for the same user. Both forms have the same form ID.

- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
- SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews
Reproducing the Issue
- Proxy as an employee
- Go to Performance module
- Select 'All Forms'.
- You will notice 2 forms for with same ID and name
Cause
This is a known issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).
