3510128 - Filters missing for manager when viewing my team learning plan

Symptom

When a manager views a user's learning plan in the My Team tab, not all filters are available.
They only see 'Surveys' and 'Curriculum Requirements'


Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Cause

The manager's user role is missing the required permission - 'Access Learning Plans'

Resolution

  1. Navigate to System Administration>Security>Role Management
  2. Search for the Role ID of the manager and select 'edit' icon
  3. Go to permissions tab and select 'add one or more from list'
  4. Under 'My Teams' check 'Access Learning Plans' and then select the add button.


Manager will then have access to all learning plan filters in 'My Team'
