This SAP KBA will provide information on whether it is possible to connect WCF Data Services from SAP Datasphere to consume data.

Resolution
This is not supported by default as the SAP Datasphere supports Odata V2 and V4 and WCF Data Services 5.0 enables the creation and consumption of data services for the Web according to version 3 of the Open Data Protocol (OData V3).
There is no plan to support V3 as it is a different implementation. In general, Odata V4 does not provide backward compatibility with V3 either. The SAP suggestion is reach out to Microsoft Support for further advice on how such a service could be consumed outside of OData V3 if possible at all.
