3510984 - Error 'Negative stock not permitted in logistics area, material' occurs when performing Post Goods Issue

While trying to Post Goods Issue against Stock transfer Order with specific material, below error message occurs even though this material has enough stock in system: "Negative stock not permitted in logistics area, material."

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Under Delivery Control view, navigate to Delivery Proposals subview.
3. Search for the relevant Delivery Request ID.
4. Select Go.
5. Select Post Goods Issue.
6. Select Propose Quantities.
7. Click Release.
8. Here system throws an error message as above although enough stock is available for the required product.

The available On-Hand stock for this material in the desired logistics area has been allocated and assigned to another Warehouse Order which is still in process, hence, there is not enough stock available.

It is necessary to maintain the stock for this material under the desired logistics area.
