Symptom

This Knowledge-based article provides insights about the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Dashboard with the name "Business Process Performance Overview Dashboard", abbreviated "BPPO Dashboard".

The BPPO Dashboard provides advanced information on app usage and performance trends for the entire system landscape for the application types SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro and Gui Transactions. Environment

For the access to the BPPO Dasbhoard you don't need your own SAC Tenant. The tenant which you use is hosted by SAP. The access can only be provided to Premium Engagement (PE) customers and is afilliated with the PE Service Component "Best Practices for EarlyWatch Alert Workspace (BPE)". Please contact your SAP Technical Quality Manager (TQM) if you are interested in the BPPO Dashboard.

Please be aware that you can see only statistics for systems that send EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) data to the SAP EWA Backbone. The SAP KBA 3325269 provides guidance for the ideal setup.
