3511048 - RERAALCN: Errors ACE021 and ACE107 with multiple accounting principles

Symptom

Transaction RERAALCN is executed with the intention to make accrual/deferral of RE expenses.
As two accounting principles are defined in the system, it is required to create accounting documents in both accounting principles. Each accounting principle is expected to go to a different ledger. Even after making the necessary settings, following errors are issued during RERAALCN:

ACE 021 No standard accrual method exists for accrual type &1
ACE 107 Company code/accounting principle combination &1/&2 not permitted
