This article explains which information is needed to request stale entries removal.

Resolution

For the removal of stale entries please raise a case with SAP Onboarding Support with the following information:

  • Company ID
  • Support user
  • Affected user
  • Which tile is needed to remove i. e. new hire data review tile, new hire tasks tile, rehire verification tile and so on (please share screenshots)
