Resolution
For the removal of stale entries please raise a case with SAP Onboarding Support with the following information:
- Company ID
- Support user
- Affected user
- Which tile is needed to remove i. e. new hire data review tile, new hire tasks tile, rehire verification tile and so on (please share screenshots)
