3511145 - Error ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED in Concur Integration (CTE_SETUP) - (CTE)

Symptom

  • Check Connection of Concur Integration (CTE_SETUP) results in error: "In the System Setup wizard, adjust the client credentials."

    Error message in text:

    No data can be received from HTTP client http_communication_failure.
    ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED




  • Same error can be replicated/displayed at SM59 >> Open the Concur RFC Destination >> Perform Connection Test >> At bottom of screen error appears:


  • In addition, the ICM logs (SMICM) present the following:
