3511164 - I-9 Migration Report getting stuck at a certain percentage - Onboarding 1.0

• Implementation Partner run the I-9 Migration report to bring I-9 reverifications from 1.0 to 2.0. After running, the report is stuck at 20% for several days and does not go past that percent for progress.
• Run the I-9 Migration Report in Superadmin (Onboarding backend), but get stuck and does not progress to 100%

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to Super Admin  Home  Accounts 
2. Find your ONB Account
3. In the Form I-9 Audit Trail Data Migration
4. See that the report is stuck at 20%

The migration job was interrupted and was never restarted. 

A script execution is required to fix the data in the backend.
