3511181 - "Unfortunately, we can’t access your data anymore. Please run a new query to solve the problem" when importing data from a Excel file in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

When importing data into a Model via Excel file it ends with the error message: "Couldn't import <NAME>.xlsx job"

  • When clicking 'Set Up Import' settings, it is throwing an error stating to "Rerun the Query".
  • Every time the query is triggered, it shows "Unfortunately, we can’t access your data anymore. Please run a new query to solve the problem".
