• There is an option named Adjust Order while granting MDF permissions to a child-parent MDF object
• What Adjust Order permission does in a custom MDF object?

The Adjust Order permission for MDF objects is used to allow users to adjust record's order in Manage Data page through object level permission.

This will be available for Composite child objects, as stated on Enabling Security for Objects | SAP Help Portal.
