3511255 - Error "Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY" when Transferring the Employee

When transferring the employee, system throws the below error:

'Update to organizational structure currently not possible. Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD1.MM1.YYYY1 to DD2.MM2.YYYY2.'
