3511255 - Error "Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY" when Transferring the Employee

When transferring the employee, system throws the below error:

'Update to organizational structure currently not possible. Period not valid; parent node only valid from DD1.MM1.YYYY1 to DD2.MM2.YYYY2.'

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration -> Regular Tasks.
2. Transfer Employee.
3. Input the mandatory fields. 
4. Save.
5. Error happens.

The org unit which the employee is transferred to is valid only during a certain period. When transferring an employee to a new org unit, the new org unit assignment will be valid from the day of transferring to unlimited. If the valid to date of the target org unit is not unlimited, the transferring will be failed.

Transfer to another org unit whose valid to date is unlimited or extend the valid to date of the target org unit to unlimited.
