Candidate cannot see trash icon in Bank information portlet in "Personal Data Collection" step.

Cause 1:

The data about bank information has been stored in the database.

Cause 2:

The 'Payment Information' is missing the 'Delete a Record' permission under control options of the UI Configuration.

Resolution 1:

• The trash icon is not visible when there is data stored in the database.
• It will appear if there is no data, allowing the user to delete it from the UI before saving it to the database.
• Once data, such as bank information, has been saved to the database, it cannot be visible.

Resolution 2:

1. Go to Manage Configuration UI > Payment Information
2. Click on 'Edit Properties'
3. Scroll down to 'Control Options' and expand
4. Change 'Delete a Record' from 'No' to 'Yes'
