1. Attempt to Initiate Onboarding for a candidate Take Action > Initiate Onboarding
2. The following error is shown: 
   "We were unable to initiate this onboarding process (2.0). An unknown error occurred."

Two or more statuses are set to hired or hireable in the Status set.

1. Navigate to Applicant Status Configuration page
2. Open the Status Set for the affected job requisition
3. Inspect each status and ensure you have one hireable status and one hired status.
4. There should only be one status with Hirable Options > Hireable and only one status with Hirable Options > Hired.
5. The Hired status should have a Category > Hired and should be the ONLY one in your status set to be so.
