Based on current design, the ordering of the channels is as follows
1. Manager (if user has one) (STATIC, cannot be hidden)
2. Invitations (received)
3. Invitations (sent to others but pending)
4. Invitations (sent to others but rejected by others)
5. Matrix Managers (if user has them)
6. Mentor (if user has them)
7. Direct reports in alphabetical order (if user has them) (STATIC, cannot be hidden)
8. Mentee (if user has them)
9. Everyone else invited/invited you together in alphabetical order
10. Hidden Channels
