3511461 - SAP Cloud ALM does not close alerts when external tickets are closed, and does not create new tickets

Symptom

  • SAP Cloud ALM does not create new external tickets for a metric, even if the older tickets have been closed.
  • SAP Cloud ALM Alerts remain open even though external tickets have been closed.
  • 404 Not Found when trying to close an Event Situations using the SAP Cloud ALM Event Situation API and an "External Id" value taken from an Alert's "Tickets" table.
