The following will not be present or currently supported:

• Admin Recommendations via Assignment Profile is not supported by Mobile Application yet, but it is already supported by PC browser now
• Gamification points for peer suggestions
• The comment information provided by a peer recommendation

• Can employees provide feedback for their recommendations?
  • Employees can provide positive or negative feedback on the recommendations by bookmarking or marking a learning as not interested respectively
        
• Why am I not seeing the option to enable personalized recommendations in admin center?
  • Personalized recommendations will have a staggered release to Preview and Production. We will provide more details on the staggered release as they become available.

  • If you are interested in enabling AI Recommendations in Learning as soon as the feature is available in your data center, send an email to sapsf_lrn_recommendations@sap.com to let the Product team know.

        
• I have enabled recommendations in admin center but I am not able to see any recommendations?
  • Personalized learning recommendations can take around 2 to 8 days to appear on the new Learning home page, based on system load. Please also ensure all the configurations mentioned in the guide are complete.
        
• I tried to turn the feature on from Company and Logo settings, but I get the error "You can't enable Personalized Learning Recommendations because the integration between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Platform is not sealed".
  • Integration sealing is a prerequisite to enable the new Integrated Learning Experience. Please check the integration sealing status for an instance on the Integrated Learning Settings page in Learning Administration. Instructions on sealing the integration are on Platform Integration Request for Sealing by Administrator
        
• What are some of the best practices to ensure personalized recommendations?
  • In order to extract the maximum value out of personalized recommendations, ensure the following:
    1. For ensuring that learning AI recommendations incorporates skills and competencies from Growth Portfolio: 
       • Turn on the Talent Intelligence Hub/Migrate as applicable
         • Refer here for details on integrating Learning with Talent Intelligence Hub
               
       • Admins need to ensure quality data for skills, competencies, and attributes in TIH (Talent Intelligence Hub), as well associate these attributes with the learning activities
       • Users should maintain their skills and other attributes in Growth Portfolio
             
    2. Maintain good data quality in Learning
       • Specify meaningful Item Titles and Descriptions
       • Associate Item Title and Description localized labels with the correct Locale ID
       • Specify Course Duration
       • Enable Item Rating feature
       • Use contextual thumbnails, rather than a default one for a better user experience
       • Ensure users have job code, location, manager, and organization
             
    3. Ensure Employee Central has the user's profile data
       • Ensure users have job code, location, manager, and organization
             
    4. While good quality data is essential for generating meaningful recommendations, ensure that you have the following minimum activity data in your tenant
       • At least 1000 bookmarked learning items or completed learning items
       • At least 100 users using SAP SuccessFactors Learning
       • At least 100 learning items exist in the system
             
    5. During an instance refresh, the "Enable Personalized Recommendations" setting for Learning is disabled on your refreshed target instance. To ensure learners have access to personalized recommendations, re-enable the setting on your target instance.
          
        
• What is the sort order in Suggested For Me section?
  • Suggested for me section displays the administrator suggestions followed by peer suggestions. Each type of suggestion is ordered by date of suggestion in reverse chronological order.
