3511597 - Spool Error during conversion of character

• A binary document spool request of format XSF is being sent to print and failing with 'Error' status
• Device Type SAPGOF is being used to print the spool request
• In the spool log, the following errors can be seen:
  Character converter active when first problem occurred
  Data was saved with character set 4110
  Data will be converted to character set 4010 (synt = 4010)
  Errors occurred processing this print request
  Error 2048 [RSTSE...] in TemSe administration
  Spool error 2048 [RSPOE...]
  
  RSPO error
  Spool error 128 (RSPOENOJOB No such spooljob or object)
  Spooljob not found
  Module: rspodb01 Number: X Line: XXX
  T100 key: PO008
  TSL01: F8F p3: XXXXX
  Error message from component: primary key table access (RTAB)
  Database error 64 (RTAB)
• In SM21, the following errors can be seen:
  Spool error during conversion of character.
  ERROR => no valid output conversion available for device type SAPGOF (4110->4010) [rspoyunx.c 871]
  ERROR => prepare_output returns l_rc=2048 (err=0) [rspoget2.c 2346]
  ERROR => no submission due to processing error [rspoyunx.c 2105]
