3511638 - While creating a new relational connection the option of JDBC is not visible in Information Design Tool (IDT)

Symptom

  • In Information Design Tool, JDBC option for new Relational Connection is not visible for all the users. 
  • Behavior may be random when accessing the same workflow, as some drivers are visible while others are not 
  • For eg: Within same session, in IDT, the JDBC drivers can go missing, then only SAP drivers could be visible in next try
