3511658 - My Inbox - Substitution fails after S/4HANA 2022 upgrade - XLVIEW's root node must be 'View' or 'XMLView'

Symptom

  • Upgraded to S/4HANA 2022
  • My Inbox Substitution Fails with one of the following errors:
    • Error 1: Cannot Create Substitution rule for all systems because the substitute user is missing in some of the backends. To recreate the rule, ensure the substitute user exists in all system and resend the rule
    • Error 2: Task Facade not implemented for provider
    • Error 3: XLVIEW's root node must be 'View' or 'XMLView' and have namespace 'sap.ui.core.mvc' sap.ca.scfld.md.view.App
    • Error 4:Assertion failed: ManageObject sap.ui.core.Fragments#_fragment8: encountered unknown setting 'selectionMode' for class sap.ui.Calendar (value: 'Range')
    • Error 5: failed with status code 500: Post SubstitutionRuleCollection?sap-client001 code: /IWPGW/TG_SERVICE/001 - message. "Task Facade not implemented for provider"
