Resolution
Instead of manually creating an input file and inputting incorrect values, it's best to manually create an example question that will mimic the end result.
- Go to Content > Question Library
- Create a new question and make sure to upload images
Once this has been completed, this will provide a proper foundation to use for the Import Data tool.
- Go to System Administration > System Management Tools > Export Data
- Select Question in the dropdown > Next
- Enter the Question ID that was just created
- Continue in the job and once completed, it will export a zip file which will include an Images Folder and XLSX file with the Question information
Utilize the logic of how the data was exported to create an input file for the Import Data tool. For example:
- The XLSX will have the Question Default Image ID column be set to 13001
- When accessing the Images folder, an file with the name [13001]TestImage.png will be present. The ID in the brackets will correlate with the ID that is necessary in the XLSX file.
- Any changes will have to be done on an unzipped version and make sure to provide a new Question ID in all sheets if creating a new Question.
- Any new images can be placed in the Images folder following the same bracket/ID logic mentioned above.
- Once everything has been updated, rezip the XLSX and Images folder and re-import into the system via the Import Data tool.
