3511691 - Pre-day 1 temporary users are considered active - Onboarding 1.0

Is it expected for Pre-day 1 users to have an active profile (temporary profile)?

This is expected behavior. When you grant Pre-Day 1 access to new hires, they can access your system using a temporary ID. After they are hired, a permanent user ID will be assigned.
