3511719 - Start/Stop HANA Database in HANA Cockpit failed with error "SAP Control execute over SSL connection failed"

Symptom

After you had followed the Chapter 4 in Guide How to Secure SAP HANA Cockpit Step-by-Step to secure the connection between SAP HANA Cockpit and SAP Control, the start/stop of the registered HANA Database still failed with below error:

SAP Control execute over SSL connection failed

From the logs of cockpit-hdb-svc, you can find below error:
