3511730 - Does the upcoming Encryption Protocol Update of TLS versions, have any impact on Signavio's ETL activities?

Symptom

We are using process intelligence with an etl on prem extractor. We are using CCL version 8553, which includes TLS 1.3 but as noted in the version documentation it is not enabled by default. Does the upcoming Encryption Protocol Update to TLS 1.x, have any impact on Signavio's ETL activities?
