3511814 - Maintain Business Roles: The Download button is not working in 'Additional Options' when the

Symptom

In app Maintain Business Roles, the Download button is not working when the button is displayed in the 'Additional Options' pop-up. i.e. If the button is directly visible on the app, the button is working, but if you use larger font size or zoom in the page until the button is displayed in the '…' (i.e. Additional Options) pop-up, the button is not working.
