3511842 - Transaction RESCSE: Job/settlement is getting finished as soon one error occurs and stops processing of further Settlement Units

A job is created for RESCSE. However, if any error occurs, such as

RESCSH002 Period &2 cannot be settled for &1; first settle &3

REITOR044 Missing option rates for &1 - &2 were copied from master data

the job is not completed, and the cost collector becomes locked. 

The expectation is to allow the job to scan and process the erroneous transactions separately, while continuing to process the correct ones. This would eliminate the need to run the job multiple times.
