Symptom
In SAC add-in for Microsoft Excel, error occurs when connecting a SAP BW or SAP S/4HANA Tunnel type Live connection.

Issue only occurs in SAC add-in for Microsoft Excel, there is no issue connecting the same connection in SAC in browser.

Reproducing the Issue
- In SAC add-in for Microsoft Excel, sign in to SAC tenant.
- Click 'Add Table' button.
- In 'Select Data Source' screen, select a SAP BW or SAP S/4HANA live connection of type Tunnel.
- Following error occurs, user cannot connect the tunnel live connection.

Cause
In SAC add-in for Microsoft Excel, there is no manual login screen by default. Therefore the used Tunnel live connection must have a valid user and password saved.
When the used Tunnel live connection does not have user and password info saved, this issue occurs.
Resolution
- In SAC, open the edit screen of the corresponding Tunnel live connection.
- Input valid user and password, and ensure check box 'Save this credential for all users on this system' is checked.
- Click 'OK' button to resave the connection.
