3512019 - Personal Data Collection missing in Onboardee Homepage - Onboarding

When an External user login in SuccessFactors to complete the Personal Data Collection (PDC) the option is not present in the card "Your Onboarding Checklist".

Missing permissions in External User role.

Two permissions need to be granted to the external user:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > OnboardingExternalUser > Permission Settings > Permission > Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions. Here, ensure that the 'Process User Task' has both 'View' and 'Edit' permissions enabled.
2. Similarly, go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > OnboardingExternalUser > Permission Settings > Permission > Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions, and enable 'View' and 'Edit' permissions for 'New Hire Task Summary'.
